Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all SideroCloud hosting services, including game servers, VPS hosting, websites, proxies, downloadable files, control panel usage, and any related workloads operated on our infrastructure. It supplements the Terms of Service and explains prohibited uses of the platform.

You may not use the Services to perform or facilitate:

• DDoS attacks, reflection attacks, packet flooding, exploit attempts, or port scanning.
• Botnet operations, malware command-and-control, credential stuffing, or brute-force activity.
• Unauthorized probing, interception, or exploitation of SideroCloud systems, upstream providers, or third-party services.
• Any activity that materially degrades shared infrastructure, network stability, or service availability for other users.

You may not use the Services for fraud, deceptive practices, or financial abuse, including:

• phishing pages, credential harvesting, or impersonation-based scams.
• carding, payment fraud, charge abuse, fake storefronts, or investment scams.
• laundering, deceptive account usage, or any unlawful financial activity.

We may restrict access, suspend services, or preserve records where reasonably necessary for review, provider coordination, or legal obligations.

You may not use the Services to host, mirror, distribute, or retransmit material in violation of copyright, trademark, or related rights.

This includes unauthorized distribution of game assets, proprietary mods, media files, software, branded content, live broadcasts, or other protected material. Rights complaints may be handled under our Copyright, DMCA, and Trademark policies, depending on the nature of the report.

You may not use the Services for unlawful broadcasting, unauthorized restreaming, or prohibited hosted content, including:

• illegal live or recorded stream relays.
• unlawful adult content where prohibited by law.
• any content involving sexual exploitation, abuse, or underage sexual content.
• content that is illegal to host, distribute, or facilitate under applicable law.

Reports of child-safety or clearly illegal content may be escalated on an urgent basis and may be reported to relevant providers or authorities where legally required.

You may not host or distribute malware, ransomware, phishing kits, spam tooling, exploit kits, malicious scripts, or similar abuse-enabling tools. You may not use our infrastructure to send unsolicited bulk messages or operate abusive automation at scale.

If we reasonably believe your use of the Services violates this policy, we may take action including:

• service restriction, suspension, or termination.
• null-routing, traffic filtering, or temporary containment measures.
• removal or disabling of access to affected content or services.
• cooperation with upstream providers, rights holders, or authorities where legally required.

Nothing in this policy obligates SideroCloud to pre-screen customer content or continuously monitor hosted services.
