This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you visit https://siderocloud.net and use our hosting services, including game servers, VPS hosting, our billing/client area powered by Blesta, and our server management panel powered by Pterodactyl (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

  • Support information: messages and information you include in tickets/emails or other support communications.

When you visit or use our Services, we may automatically collect:

  • Log data: IP address, browser type, device/OS information, timestamps, pages visited, and referring/exit pages.
  • Security data: authentication events (e.g., logins), session identifiers, and signals used to protect accounts and prevent abuse.

We may receive limited information from service providers that help us operate the Services (e.g., payment processors and infrastructure providers), typically to confirm transactions, prevent fraud, or provide core functionality.

  • Create and manage your account and orders (including through Blesta).
  • Provide hosting services and enable server management via Pterodactyl.
  • Process payments, send invoices, and confirm transactions.
  • Provide customer support and troubleshoot issues.
  • Maintain security, prevent fraud, and enforce our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.
  • Monitor and improve service reliability, performance, and user experience.
  • Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share your information only when necessary to provide the Services, including:

  • Payment providers: to process payments and prevent fraud (see Section 4).
  • Infrastructure providers: datacenters, server/network providers, DNS, and related vendors needed to deliver hosting services.
  • Service platforms: systems we operate such as Blesta (billing/client area) and Pterodactyl (server management) to provide functionality and account/service access.
  • Legal and safety: if required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of SideroCloud, our users, or others.

4. Payments (PayPal)

We use PayPal to process payments. We do not store your full card details. We may receive and store limited payment-related information from PayPal, such as:

  • Payment status (paid/failed/refunded)
  • Transaction IDs
  • Payer name/email (as provided by PayPal)
  • Invoice number, amount, currency, and timestamps

PayPal’s handling of your information is governed by PayPal’s own policies.

5. Hosting & Panel Data (Pterodactyl)

To provide hosting services and allow you to manage your services via the Pterodactyl panel, we may process:

  • Service identifiers: server IDs, plan details, node/location, allocations/ports, and configuration required to operate your server.
  • Operational metrics: resource usage and status data displayed in the panel (e.g., CPU/RAM/disk/network usage) for stability and troubleshooting.
  • Security and abuse data: limited network/security logs and IP addresses used to protect our infrastructure, users, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not intentionally access your server content (files/databases) unless:

  • You request support that requires access, or
  • It is necessary for security, abuse prevention, or legal compliance.

6. Cookies & Similar Technologies

We may use cookies and similar technologies to:

  • Keep you logged in and maintain sessions (including Blesta and Pterodactyl).
  • Remember preferences and improve user experience.
  • Help protect accounts and prevent unauthorized access.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may impact certain features of the Services.

7. Data Retention

We retain information only as long as necessary to provide the Services and meet legal/accounting requirements, including:

  • Account and service data: while your account is active and for a reasonable period after closure.
  • Billing records: as required by tax/accounting laws and for dispute resolution.
  • Support records: for service history and troubleshooting.
  • Security logs: for a limited time for abuse prevention and auditing.

When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it where practical.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information, such as encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS where available), access controls, and secure password hashing. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your information may be processed in countries different from where you live depending on where our infrastructure and providers operate. Where required, we apply appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
