Welcome to SideroCloud (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our hosting services, including game servers, VPS hosting, and related tools (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

1Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account and purchase Services.
If you are using our Services on behalf of a company or group, you represent that you are authorized to do so.
2Account Registration & Security
You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and any activity under your account.
- Sharing accounts or reselling access to our Services without permission is strictly prohibited.
3Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and our separate Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Hosting or distributing malware, phishing tools, credential theft tooling, or illegal content.
- Engaging in DDoS attacks, botnet activity, network abuse, or activities that disrupt our infrastructure or other customers.
- Running unauthorized resource-intensive scripts, exploit tooling, or hostile automation that harms service performance.
- Using our Services for spamming, fraud, illegal broadcasting, unauthorized redistribution, or piracy-related content.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these rules. Additional operational restrictions and enforcement detail are set out on the Acceptable Use Policy page.
4Service Availability & Performance
We aim to maintain high availability of our hosting infrastructure. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, as downtime may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, security events, upstream provider issues, or unforeseen technical problems.
For VPS and game server plans, resource allocations including RAM, CPU, storage, and bandwidth are based on the purchased plan. Exceeding operational limits may result in throttling, restriction, or suspension.
5Data & Backups
You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of data hosted on our Services.
- We may provide backup-related features, but we do not guarantee data recovery in the event of loss, corruption, or user error.
6Payments & Billing
All fees for Services are due in advance unless otherwise stated.
- Late payments may result in suspension or termination of your Services.
- Fees are based on your chosen plan and usage.
- Billing disputes should be raised promptly through our support or billing contact paths before initiating external payment disputes.
6ARefund & Cancellation Policy
Refund Eligibility
- All payments made to SideroCloud are generally non-refundable.
- A refund may only be considered where the customer provides a legitimate and verifiable reason, and the request is reviewed and approved solely at the discretion of SideroCloud.
- Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval.
- SideroCloud reserves the absolute right to approve or deny any refund request based on the circumstances presented, service usage, account standing, and compliance with these Terms.
Non-Refundable Services
- Renewals are non-refundable.
- Partial billing periods are non-refundable.
- Domain registrations are non-refundable.
- Dedicated IPs are non-refundable.
- Setup fees are non-refundable.
- One-time add-ons are non-refundable.
- Custom work or service-specific setup is non-refundable.
- Services suspended or terminated due to violation of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy are non-refundable.
Cancellation
- You may request cancellation of your Services at any time via your account dashboard.
- All cancellations will only take effect at the end of the current active billing term.
- No mid-term cancellations, prorated refunds, service credits, or partial reimbursements will be issued for unused time remaining in the current billing cycle.
- Once a cancellation request is submitted, the Service will remain active until the end of the paid billing term and will not renew for the next billing cycle.
Disputed Payments
- Any chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute initiated without first contacting us for resolution may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of the associated account and Services.
- We reserve the right to recover any outstanding balances, fees, costs, or losses arising from disputed payments to the extent permitted by law.

7Content Ownership & Responsibility
You retain ownership of content you lawfully host on our services.
- You are solely responsible for ensuring that your hosted websites, server files, game assets, mods, streams, databases, or related content comply with applicable laws and do not infringe third-party rights.
8Third-Party Software & Licenses
Some Services may require you to use licensed software, server binaries, mods, plugins, or media assets. You are responsible for ensuring that you hold proper licenses or permissions where required.
We are not responsible for the security, legality, or licensing status of third-party software or content you upload, run, mirror, or distribute through our infrastructure.
9Complaints, Abuse, and Rights Reporting
We maintain separate policy pages for complaints, abuse handling, copyright, DMCA, trademark, and acceptable use.
- Abuse and security reports may be submitted using our Abuse Reporting page.
- Copyright complaints may be submitted using our Copyright Policy and DMCA Policy, depending on the applicable legal framework.
- Trademark and impersonation complaints may be submitted using our Trademark Policy.

These supporting policies supplement these Terms and help explain how SideroCloud handles operational and compliance matters for hosted services.
10Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Fail to pay for Services.
- Violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.
- Engage in behavior that poses a security, abuse, legal, or operational risk to our systems, upstream providers, or customers.
You may request cancellation of your Services at any time through your account dashboard, subject to the cancellation terms stated in Section 6A and the published Refund Policy.
11Disclaimers
Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee uptime, speed, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
12Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, downtime, loss of profits, or business interruption.
13Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold SideroCloud harmless from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses resulting from your use of the Services, including violations of these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or third-party rights.
14Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will take effect upon posting. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and any referenced supporting policies, including the Acceptable Use Policy, Abuse Reporting Policy, Copyright Policy, DMCA Policy, and Trademark Policy.
15Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, Kerala jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Where services are offered in other jurisdictions, including the United States and the European Union, SideroCloud may also respond to complaints, takedown requests, and legal compliance matters as required by applicable law.
