Refund Policy

1. Money-Back Guarantee
SideroCloud offers a 7-day money-back guarantee on all new hosting services. If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 7 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund.
This guarantee applies only to first-time orders and is limited to one refund per customer.
2. Eligible Services
The following services are eligible for refunds:
- Game server hosting
- Web hosting plans
- VPS hosting
Domain registrations, SSL certificates, and add-on services are non-refundable due to their nature as third-party services.
3. Prorated Refunds
After the 7-day guarantee period, we offer prorated refunds for annual and quarterly billing cycles. The refund amount will be calculated based on the unused portion of your service period.
Monthly subscriptions are not eligible for prorated refunds after the guarantee period.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Log in to your client area
- Open a support ticket with the subject "Refund Request"
- Provide your order number and reason for the refund
Refund requests are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
- Services used for illegal activities
- Chargebacks filed without contacting us first
- Promotional or discounted orders (case-by-case basis)
6. Service Credits
In cases where a full refund is not applicable, we may offer service credits that can be applied to future purchases. Service credits do not expire and can be used for any SideroCloud service.
7. Disputes
If you are unsatisfied with a refund decision, you may escalate the matter by contacting our management team. We are committed to finding a fair resolution for all disputes.
