This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you visit https://siderocloud.net and use our hosting services, including game servers, VPS hosting, our billing/client area powered by Blesta, and our server management panel powered by Pterodactyl (collectively, the “Services”). 4Payments
We use third-party payment processors to handle payments. We do not store complete card details on the marketing site. We may receive and store limited payment-related information such as payment status, transaction identifiers, payer information supplied by the processor, invoice data, amount, currency, and timestamps.
5Hosting & Panel Data
To provide hosting services and allow you to manage your services, we may process:
- Service identifiers: server IDs, plan details, node or location details, allocations or ports, and operational configuration required to deliver the service.
- Operational metrics: resource usage and status data displayed in service panels for stability and troubleshooting.
- Security and abuse data: limited network and security logs used to protect our infrastructure, users, and legal compliance posture.
We do not intentionally access your hosted server content unless:
- You request support that requires access.
- Access is reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, service integrity, or legal compliance.
6Cookies & Similar Technologies

- Remember preferences and improve user experience.
