Overview

SideroCloud reviews copyright complaints relating to hosted services, including game files, downloadable assets, websites, databases, media relays, and other customer-operated content. This page applies to copyright concerns generally, including reports submitted outside a formal DMCA framework.

1Scope

Copyright complaints may involve hosted game assets, software, downloadable files, patches, media content, mirrored archives, live or recorded stream redistribution, or other material distributed through our services without authorization.

2Required Complaint Details

Please provide the following to [email protected]:

  • identification of the protected work.
  • identification of the allegedly infringing material and where it is hosted.
  • your authority to act on behalf of the rights holder, if applicable.
  • evidence or explanation supporting the complaint.
  • your contact information and any jurisdiction-specific legal basis if relevant.

3Enforcement & Repeat Violations

SideroCloud may disable access to material, restrict services, suspend accounts, or terminate repeat infringers where appropriate. Where a complaint is submitted under US law, our DMCA Policy may also apply. Where services are offered in the EU or other jurisdictions, we may review and respond to complaints in line with applicable law.
