Overview

SideroCloud reviews trademark and brand-misuse complaints involving hosted services, including websites, storefronts, game-server branding, logos, landing pages, metadata, or other content that may falsely suggest affiliation, endorsement, or origin.

1Reportable Issues

Trademark complaints may include:

  • unauthorized use of logos, brand names, or trade dress.
  • counterfeit or impersonation-based storefronts.
  • misleading hosted pages that suggest affiliation with a company, game publisher, or community without authorization.
  • server or service branding intended to confuse users about source or endorsement.

2Information To Submit

Send trademark complaints to [email protected] and include:

  • the mark or brand at issue.
  • the registration or ownership details, if available.
  • the location of the allegedly infringing or misleading material.
  • an explanation of the confusion, impersonation, or infringement concern.
  • your contact information and authority to act, if submitting on behalf of the rights holder.

3Review

Trademark disputes are fact-specific and may require additional proof before action is taken. SideroCloud may request clarification, restrict service functionality, disable specific content, or take account-level action where the evidence supports a violation or where required under applicable law.
