DMCA Policy

This document outlines the operational, legal, and compliance terms that apply to SideroCloud hosting services and related support processes.

Last updated: Apr 21, 2026

Overview

This page describes how SideroCloud handles copyright notices submitted under United States law, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. It applies to allegedly infringing material hosted through our infrastructure, such as websites, downloadable files, media relays, game assets, mod packs, and similar hosted content.

1Submitting A DMCA Notice

Send DMCA notices to [email protected]. A notice should include:

  • identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
  • identification of the allegedly infringing material and information reasonably sufficient for us to locate it.
  • your contact information.
  • a statement of good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized.
  • a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder.
  • your physical or electronic signature.

2Counter-Notices

If a customer believes material was removed or disabled in error, we may accept a counter-notice where legally appropriate. Counter-notices should identify the removed material, explain the basis for disputing the claim, and contain the statements required under applicable law. We may forward valid counter-notices to the original complainant.

3Review Process

Incomplete notices may delay review. SideroCloud may request clarification, disable access to content, restrict services, or take other measures as reasonably necessary while reviewing a complaint. This page supplements, and does not replace, our broader Copyright and Abuse Reporting policies.
